Welcome to Our New Clients - in Q1 of this year, Lasso had the privilege of welcoming 12 new clients to our community. Each quarter we will profile new clients and exciting projects from around the world.

New Feature Updates
Lasso's recent software updates have included some significant enhancements. The following are only some highlights of the new functionality:
- Click-Through Tracking on Mass Mails- now you can track which links are being clicked on within an email and you can further segment your Registrant lists based on which links they clicked on.
- New Details on Mass Mail Summary Report- in addition to click-throughs, now you can see how many registrants opted out (and who opted out) as well as some updates to include standard email marketing terminology.
- Create Business Rules in Lasso- this functionality allows our clients to select fields in Lasso that are required for entry, create custom Registrant and Inventory fields.
- Custom Deposit Schedules- create multiple deposit schedule templates that can be used across projects.
- Specialized Email Templates- the "Opt-In" template can now be sent either from a defined name and email address or from the Assigned Rep. on rotation.
Lasso updates are now being released on a weekly basis. The release notes will be updated accordingly as new features are released. After you've logged into Lasso, the first page lists the release notes and any Lasso messages. |
Introducing Lasso's Blog
At the end of February, Lasso launched a Real Estate Technology Blog. The purpose of the blog is to provide information on technology to help you sell more real estate. Postings include helpful tips for using CRM and technology for real estate as well as updates and information specific to using Lasso. Did you know?
- Lasso can help you with distribution of your Mass Mail Campaigns - we can work with you to maximize delivery results, assist with list management, email testing, or provide an overall email marketing strategy.
- You can send an email to your Registrants in Lasso asking them to update their contact information along with asking them some additional qualifying questions. This information is automatically updated into Lasso. It's called a Self-Serve Registrant Update (SSRU)
- Lasso can create Custom Reports specific to your project or operational needs.
